Deliveries and equipment

• Most beverages are delivered at room temperature. We recommend to rent a refrigerator additionally to the service contracted.
• Arts Catering does not provide storage services during the Congress. It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to provide space to store the equipment and products rented.
• The exhibitor will be responsible for any loss or damage occurring during the event.

Orders

• Orders must specify accurately the delivery time, booth/stand.
• The contact person specified on the order must be present by the delivery time.

• Purchased orders are not refundable.
• Order and modifications must be made 5 days prior to the opening of the congress (19th of February 2018).
• Any service request, cancellation or modification must be confirmed in written by Arts Catering. If you do not receive confirmation from Arts Catering, the request will not be considered confirmed.

Payment methods and taxes

• Full payment is required prior to February 19th, 2018.
• 10% VAT is included in food and beverage services and 21% VAT is included in liquors and spirits.
• 21% VAT is included in equipment rental and staffing services.
